Wim, that was a great find.  It pretty much agrees with my thoughts.  That it explains the investor prospectus that was put out on October when they stated they dont expect to see foreign market revenue for up to 12 to 24 months.
Quote:
In Malaysia, Applications can be submitted to the DCA online via the Quest 2 system. There are 4 categories of pharmaceuticals in Malaysia: biologics, new drug products, over the counter (OTC) generics and generics. Although certain types of OTC products are eligible for an abridged evaluation, all other pharmaceutical products must undergo an entire evaluation via the DCA prior to approval. The estimated timeline for abridged evaluations is around 180 days; full evaluations can extend up to a year or more.
   Then further
Quote:
Vietnam’s regulatory environment can often be unclear and inconsistent. The majority of the product application can be completed in English. The documents required with the drug application package include: Free Sale Certificate from the country of origin, GMP certification, product information, a detailed description of the manufacturing process, quality specifications, finished product samples, packaging information including a Vietnamese language insert leaflet etc. Upon the application review and approval, the timeline for the approval license (locally known as a visa) process is roughly about six months, however, drug approval times vary and delays can be expected.

So, while today's news is good news, I suspect we do not see any real uptick expect for s short lived one.  My guess is Odidi released this news hoping to close above $1 for at least a day in order to stave off a delisting notice. which I believe is triggered if we don't close above a $1 by November 26th I believe.

Pharmer- Yes the big announcement will be they have been notified by NASDAQ that the PPS was less than $1 for 30 days. And if they actually had some real news, why would they have basically diluted the company by 90% without announcing this news. It appears to me that this is THE BIG ANNOUNCEMENT... We are going to start selling our products in a couple small third world countries... Oh and by the way, we don't have approvals yet and we can't tell you who the distributor is...

So Pharmer,

What you are saying is IPCI is in receipt of material information, i.e. the HAP study results ...... And has not released them to the public right ?

Unless they just received the results this week, they are in violation of disclosure rules. $hit results - the door closes on NDA and the stock tanks. Exceptional results - maybe the stock does something as the NDA resubmission is more clear.

Hmmmmmmmmm ........ "waiting for the right time" ..... Not a good look as usual.

Amigo- In my opinion, I would bet Wainwright and their henchmen know the results of the HAP studies. That being said, Odidi don't feel the need to share that info with the bottom feeders he suckered to pay his salary for the last 5 years. I really do hope someone has the time to litigate the Odidi's personally. It would be nice to see that type of case produce that forensic audit... I am not saying I have evidence of wrongdoing. But I do suspect Odidi went to China several times on IPCI's dime to conduct substantial personal business.

I like these PRs coming out when no one is around to read them.

Now its the Phillipines ...... and IPCI's Oxy is included.  LOL.  Um .... ok ..... "exclusive" with an unnamed pharmaceutical distributor ..... LOL .....

https://finance.yahoo.com/news/intellipharmaceutics-reports-exclusive-supply-agreement-202000984.html

Amazing .... deals in 3 different countries with 24 hours ...... NOT.

And today's PR makes is sound like IPCI has yet to receive the results of the statistical analysis of the HAP studies.  Which is it ???? .... Pharmer sez IPCI knows ..... IPCI sez ...... not received ....... hmmmmmmmmmmm .........

These two prs leave more questions than answers. Here are my questions :

1. What is the regulatory pathway into these countries? Have applications been submitted? AND When do sales start?
2. Who are the distributors?
3. When can ipci expect revenue from each one of these deals? How much revenue per quarter will each one of these deals generate?

wim, you beat me to it. The company again puts out a PR with no material news.   no financial information is included?  geeze.  No wonder we were up only 2 cents.  there use to be a time, news like that would have shot the price up 50 cents.    I recall when Keppra was approved and we went from $2.30 to $2.85 and then of course within a week we were actually trading lower then when we started.   I use to complain about that LOL.  Now, we don't even get that ! This company has soured investors so bad there are no traders left.  just us bag holders.   But I bet when we get delisting notice next week we trade down below 40 cents!   I'm just so disgusted.

but back to the original point, no mention of when they expect to receive money, no mention of the deal or potential deal.  why wouldn't they at least put a damn number to it saying the minimum amount to buy would bring in X amount a year in revenue?  anything!  then they follow this one up for Rexista on a day before a holiday!   No way that helps us with price share.  and yes, finally wim, why dont they even announce who the distributor is?   Hmm, who votes for smart pharmaceutical in China? then we will see the sc**.

Pharmer, all I can say is I hope you are right and that they will "sky rocket" the price.   But, I am beginning to lose hope here.     After he pulled that bone head move and did a toxic dilution right after a Reverse Split.  well, lets just say, he has not fulfilled one thing  in the January update.   Not one.  And we have what, 9 days until year end?
